We are creating a home even though we are formally property managers
We are Forte and we have been on the market since 1995. We deal with property management and rental of residential and non-residential premises. We take care of twenty-five properties of our own, both in the capital and outside the capital. We manage a similar number, almost thirty other properties.

We provide long-term rental housing
Our core business is providing affordable rental housing and letting non-residential space that benefits both tenants and owners.

We manage our own properties
Some would say we're sitting on two chairs. Some of the properties we manage are also owned by us. But we see this as more of an advantage, because we can be more flexible to meet the needs of our tenants.
