We therefore provide a portion of our real estate capacity to organisations that use it to provide subsidised housing for single mothers and single parents with children and to help the most vulnerable groups lead dignified lives.

We are a long-term partner of Women for Women (W4W). As one of its non-profit activities, the organization provides subsidized housing as a form of assistance in a difficult life situation for single mothers and single mothers with children. We currently provide nearly thirty apartments to W4W.

In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the influx of war refugees (mainly women with children) into the Czech Republic, Women for women launched a new project called For Ukraine in February 2022. Its aim was to provide a safe haven for Ukrainian women with children who had fled the ravages of war. We immediately joined in by offering dozens of apartments. Thanks to this assistance, we have provided new homes for 175 adults and 160 children since 2022. And our support continues.
